Life and Achievements
IMRAN KHAN is the most popular person of Pakistan at this time. He was a
famous All-rounder cricketer and was the team captain of the Pakistani team
that won the Cricket World Cup in 1992. The final of the 1992 ICC Cricket World Cup was played at the Melbourne Cricket
Ground, Melbourne on 25 March. The match was won by Pakistan under their captain Imran Khan who defeated
England by 22 runs to lift their first ever World Cup trophy.
After his retirement from cricket IMRAN KHAN started
social work and entered in to the politics. He formed his own political party
by the name Pakistan TEHREEK-E-INSAF (PTI) and started working for it.
He is continuously struggling for change future of his country Pakistan by
the power of youth.
